Miniature tall clock case tower to hold a pocket watch, of mahogany and exotic woods with insert of American eagle of whale ivory at base. Nine whale ivory inlaid hearts, two baleen stars, and over 1,000 inlays of tortoise shell, walrus ivory, abalone shell, baleen and ebony. Excellent condition and a near-identical matching piece is in the New Bedford Whaling Museum.
